It’s Sagittarius season from 21st November so let’s talk about what makes them tick! From their independent spirit to their need for freedom, dating a Sagittarius can be a real adventure if you know how to make the most!
1. Try new things with them
A Sagittarius is always on the lookout for some fun so trying a new hobby can really bring you together.
Ruled by Jupiter, Sagittarius is known for its need for freedom and learning and getting into a rut for too long can make them feel flat. Keep it fresh with regular but enthusiastic activities for a happy Sagittarius, and a happy Sagittarius makes everyone around them happy too!
2. Join them on adventures
Sagittarius is the ruler of the 9th house, which governs travel, so it’s no surprise that a Sagittarius often wants to jet-set as much as possible!
If you can’t afford to travel (or can’t because 2020) take your Sagittarius out for a daytrip somewhere interesting, or even get a documentary on tv about some far flung place and watch their interest peak.
3. Don’t try to pin them down too quickly
We talked about freedom earlier and this is a biggie for dating a Sagittarius, you have to let go of the grip or they’ll feel stifled and seek freedom themselves.
This is not to say that a Sagittarius can’t commit, but rather, that you must give them some space here and there, they’ll often come back to you excited to spend time with you again.
4. Have your own interests
Similarly, dating a Sagittarius requires a level of self-focus that not everyone can muster, but it can be fabulous for you and your self-care if you can!
You’ll find your Sagittarius more into you if you have a rich personal life with hobbies, activities or things you love to do that doesn’t require them. Jupiter rules higher learning so they’ll likely be interested to hear about it all too!
5. Be honest
Jupiter also governs truth and justice so the worst thing you can do to a Sagittarius is cheat them or lie to them.
Of course, reading the above points might make you feel like you have to be this fascinating effervescent individual without a care in the world, but it’s far more important to the Sagittarius if you just be yourself and speak your mind, even if it’s to say you don’t agree. They’ll respect you so much more for it.
And that’s all there is to it!
Have you dated a Sagittarius? What points would you add here?
Much love,
Ellie Rose xoxo
