People ask me all the time, who their Spirit Guide is, and how do they make contact with them. Others tell me they don’t have a Spirit Guide because they don’t have a family member who has passed on.  

So many believe that their Spirit Guide is a loved one who is no longer with them in life, however, this is not entirely the case. A Spirit Guide can simply be anyone at all, even someone who you don’t know or have ever met. For those who have a loved one as their Spirit Guide, they are so very fortunate…To contact your own Spirit Guide, find a quiet and peaceful place to just sit and relax, and to allow your mind to clear of all thoughts.  

Then into yourself, ask your Spirit Guide to step forward and reveal themselves to you. Ask for their name. Sit quietly for a little time and gradually you will feel a name coming into your mind, which can relate to someone you know who has passed, or it can be a name which relates to nothing and is very random. In time you will be able to build on the character and personality of your Spirit Guide.  

This is your Spirit Guide, next allow yourself to imagine them standing right there in front of you, think about how they look, how they are dressed. Personally, my own Spirit Guide is called Sophia. I imagine her to have long dark hair, and wear a black flowing dress with a white bodice style top, with black lace trim and she is very pretty. In fact, I recently came across a picture while browsing online, and it was just how I had imaged my Spirit Angel would look like.
